If this is your night, you are not alone
You dread going to bed, unsure whether you’ll struggle to fall asleep, wake at 3 AM, or lie awake worrying about how well you’ll function the next day.

Say yes to travel, dinners, and plans without fearing the consequences

Sleep solutions are failing women
A fundamentally different approach
Dr. Jess has taken the evidence-based approach she uses in her private practice and built it into a guided five-week program for women.
How it works
Understand how insomnia takes hold and why fighting sleep keeps the cycle going. Replace fear, pressure, and self-blame with a healthier way of approaching sleep.
Learn how to respond when sleep does not come or you wake at 3 AM, so frustration gives way to calm, confident action.
Build a schedule around your natural sleep drive, chronotype, and circadian rhythm, so you work with your body instead of against it.
Use light, movement, nutrition, stress tools, and daily timing to transform how your sleep system functions.
Plan for future stressors, understand how women’s sleep changes across the lifespan, and know when and how to advocate for your sleep health.
What’s inside the CORE Sleep Reset

Questions, answered
The Reset is best suited for women dealing with racing thoughts, difficulty falling asleep, middle-of-the-night wake-ups, or other insomnia-like symptoms. It is also for women who want to understand their sleep more deeply, strengthen their natural sleep system, and improve how they feel and function during the day.
The Reset is intentionally offered in a small cohort so you can learn alongside women facing similar sleep challenges. Hearing their questions, experiences, and progress can make the process feel less isolating and more manageable. Sessions are led by Dr. Jess and focus on education, practical application, and time for questions.
Throughout the Reset, you will complete personalized assessments and track your sleep so you can see patterns in your timing, sleep efficiency, chronotype, and the ways stressors or positive changes in your life affect your sleep. Those insights, together with guidance and resources from Dr. Jess, help you build a plan around your own biology, circumstances, and goals.
Your Personalized Master Sleep Blueprint is a downloadable plan that brings together your sleep schedule, chronotype, daily anchors, wind-down approach, and clear steps for difficult nights. It is designed to be a practical reference you can continue using long after the cohort ends.
The CORE Sleep Reset has already been through an initial pilot. The November 3 cohort is being offered at a special early-cohort rate of $199 as we continue refining the participant experience. Future cohorts may be priced differently.
Yes. The approaches within the Reset draw from the first-line insomnia therapies Dr. Jess uses in her sleep clinic and teaches in medical settings. The complete five-week Reset has also been piloted with an earlier cohort of women.
No. Do not stop or change medication without working with the clinician who prescribes it. The Reset does not include medication management.
Those factors often disrupt sleep. The Reset helps you change the patterns that can keep poor sleep going after the original trigger. It also gives you tools to lessen the impact of future disruptions and recover more quickly when they happen.
The Reset does not include a review of your complete medical history, diagnosis, sleep testing, individualized medical treatment, or specific recommendations about your medications. Those services are available through Lakeside Sleep Care for eligible patients in Vermont, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Yes. The CORE Sleep Reset is fundamentally different from sleep hygiene. Sleep hygiene offers general advice about caffeine, screens, and bedtime routines. In some cases, trying to follow every sleep rule can create more pressure and make the struggle worse. The Reset focuses on the underlying drivers that cause poor sleep and offers women more flexibility in their routines.
